The Northwest Neighborhood has Powell Boulevard as its southern boundar; with the traction lines on the western boundaries. Follow the traction line north to 16th, go east to 202nd (Birdsdale) and turn north again to Burnside, follow Burnside to 223rd (Eastman Parkway) and go south to Powell Boulevard.
