Southwest Gresham Neighborhood Association
Southwest Gresham is attractive to those who enjoy the many amenities of "suburban" life.
A number of subdivisions, some quite new and some about 30 years old, constitute a pleasant amalgam of
housing opportunities. All are characterized by medium size lots, clean wide streets and a view of the
forested flanks of Gresham's buttes.
More than 99% of the residences in the neighborhood are single-family dwellings and about 90% of them are owner-occupied. The area is served by both the Gresham/Barlow and Centennial School Districts. Shopping is available in the nearby Highland Fair Shopping Center and Gresham retail shopping is a short drive away.
